Is the floral pattern (for women's blouses) out of trend?

it's a see-thru, silk looking blouse. kind of like the one this woman's wearing.

i live in santa cruz, which is the bay area/san francisco. i know that this kind of blouses was in season a while ago, so i'm not sure if it's still trendy.

Yep, there are still designers doing floral. But it depends on your shape - if you're large on top, it's tricky. If you're going to wear it, team it with clean cut simple pants in a plain colour with little detailing, and very few accessories / simple purse. Jewelry is best if it's simple like some gold bangles - but nothing that will make the outfit look cheap (a risk with these blouses)...
