Who can help me to find an example of Floral wedding contract?

A Wedding Floral Contract.

Who can help me to find an example of Floral wedding contract?
Go to any local florist and ask them for an example of what they would use. I can give you an idea of what they look like...

Name of Church, Time, Date

# of floral arrangements total:

Bride: Tulips, white, 24, handheld, white ribbon braided

MOH: Tulips, red, yellow, pink, 18, green and silver ribbon, braided

BM: Tulips, red, yellow, pink, 12, green and silver ribbon, braided

Mother Of Bride: 3 pink tulips

Mother of Groom: 3 pink tulips

Flower girl: satin basket (provided by bride) filled with multicolored tulip pedals

Father (2), groomsmen (4), groom: boutineers, white orchids with green (7 total)

Basicall they'll just sit down with you, distinguish what you want and for who. It can get very detailed. They'll give you an estimate next to each example as well, then total that. Also, if you want floral arrangments for decorations you'll go through that as well.
Reply:From the florist themselves. there is a standard one that all shops use. But if you have special request then you'll need to do some research. Martha Stewart is a pretty comprehensive resource.
Reply:I would imagine any large floral shop that does weddings would have blank contracts you could look at and if you told them approximately what you wanted and how much you were willing to spend they would be glad to write up a non binding contract for you.
