Floral print bedding.. Is your husband bothered by it b/c it's flowers?

No...I usually dont use alot of girly prints, I love the color pink but instead of decorating our room with it I wear it instead, or decorate my little girls room with it....I try to stick with solids but here is the bedding we have now...

Florals are not usually chosen by men. They prefer soothing colors, like blues, browns and greens usually. Take him with you and ASK him what he likes. Then try to comprimize.
Reply:No.. I try to choose a pattern that is pleasing to both of us; and you are right; most men would not choose just florals. I have a duvet cover that is cornflowers on one side, and a vining flower on the other. It is blue and white on both sides. The cornflowers are in white on a solid blue background, the vine is blue on a white background. He does not mind either, but there is no ruffle or lace on the cover at all. This, I think is the key, and also the colour is good. No pink, or pale yellows and soft peaches!
Reply:Since my husband has to sleep/enjoy our bedroom too, I try to avoid girly prints. I don't want him to feel alienated in his own space. Instead, I use lots of solids and then ACCENUATE with the florals that I love. It really makes a room classy and unbiased.
