Floral-print dress?

Is this dress okay for summer? My friends suggested that it was too flowery. Is the floral print tacky? Should i just get a solid colored dress?

Or do you think this is a cute dress?

I think its the perfect dress for summer, and its totally cute. don't listen to your friends- solid colored dress would be boring!!!
