What would be some good floral stock to start a new floral business with?

I'm just starting my new floral business and would like to get your opinion on what would be ideal stock to begin with. Floral stock is very perishable and I am hoping to get ideas on what is hardy and would sell quickly for a profit. What are best selling flowers in your shop? My shop will be located in South Texas.

Thanks for your input!

roses! and since its spring, spring-esque flowers would be appropriate. i would say easter lilies, but easter just ended. mothers day is coming up, so mom-flowers! umm...keep a stock of accent flowers like ferns or baby's breath or whatever its called for adding into arrangements. good luck!!!
