How do i make use of my husband's shirts which he does not wear anymore?

Some have very nice floral prints and havent been worn much. any creative ideas for home. What can I make out of it?

You can make pillows out of them, napkins, placemats and table runners.
Reply:Do you have a dog? I like making rope-tugs for ours out of my husband's old shirts and socks. It's his favorite toy because it smells like "dad" :)

Don't leave him unattended with it, though, because if he ingests any elastic or other stretchy material it could hurt him.
Reply:Old shirts and sock make excellent rags for stainning wood projects. Shirt rags a fantasic for cleaning windows too. You can also opt to donate them. Make things with them, quilt, palce mats etc...

Reply:When I was in high school, our home-ec project consisted of raiding our colsets and making practical things out of the stuff we didn't use/wear...I made pillows for a comfy couch in our living room...
Reply:Try a quilt! or.. if they have wear left, donate them.
